I’m a self-taught private chef originally from New Orleans, and I’ve spent the last 15 years curating intimate dining experiences. I also worked four years as a galley chef aboard a sailing yacht during charter season, cooking for crew and guests while balancing modern cuisine with subtle Southern comfort influences.
